New Spring Trials App Available from Ball

Visitors to Ball Horticultural Co.’s California Spring Trials stop in Santa Paula  (April 14-17) will tour through immersive displays for hundreds of new products from all facets of the greenhouse industry.

To further enhance the Spring Trials experience, a new free CAST | mobile companion app is now available in the App Store and at Google Play with special features for visitors and nontravelers alike.

The app lets you browse 2019 introductions from the nine breeding companies on display at the Ball stop. Explore plants A-to-Z by class and dive into what’s new. App users can share their enthusiasm for products that spark their interest with a “Like” button. Additional notes and annotations can be made in-app, and then emailed for an electronic record of favorites.

“We are looking forward to hosting another stellar Spring Trials event this April. We’re excited to welcome our guests and share all our latest introductions. CAST18 is shaping up to be a very memorable experience,” says Stacey Noble, Spring Trials coordinator for Ball Horticultural Co. “Now with CAST | mobile, visitors can take the experience with them as they travel the coast, or interact with it from the comfort of their office chair.”

CAST18 appointments are being accepted for April 14 through April 17. Reservations should be made online at www.ballhort.com/springtrials, or contact Janessa Bender with questions at springtrials@ballhort.com.

To download CAST | mobile before you arrive in Santa Paula, search for “cast mobile” in the App Store or at Google Play.
