Today, I was excited to show up to The Gardens at Ball and see what all the buzz was about! I attended Darwin Perennials Day for the last two years, and the plant varieties were never this far along, it was amazing!
West Chicago brought the heat advisory 
but Ball Seed Customer Days started with cloudy skies and a welcoming breeze.

Ball Seed Company had us covered with hats on deck, water bottles ready and hydration stations throughout the gardens.
Bonus joy: Flower-powered fun at the kids tent added a burst of creativity to an already beautiful day!
The new seed distribution center tour at Ball Seed Customer Days 2025 was phenomenal! The speed and efficiency of the entire process from bulk storage through precision packaging to sorting and shipping was more than anticipated.
The Opex tower of totes is a robotic distribution center with 10,000 totes, currently 60% full with more than 680,000 packages of seeds!

Favorite stops during my strolls through the Gardens at Ball included the cut flower trial beds and the Ball CutFlowers garden!
Definitely found inspiration for my personal gardens next year, and another trend I’ll be keeping an eye on!
