Ball Seed will host its annual Customer Days event July 24 and 25 at The Gardens at Ball in West Chicago, Illinois, giving industry professionals a preview of new horticultural innovations.
Running from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, the event will feature more than 145,000 plants on display across 13 acres, including over 700 new introductions. The two-day event invites greenhouse growers, garden retailers and landscapers to explore trial gardens, connect with industry peers and prepare for the 2026 season.
In addition to the plant displays, attendees can tour Ball Seed’s new robotic order-fulfillment system and meet with company experts to discuss strategy and planning.
“Ball Seed Customer Days is your opportunity to step away from the everyday and focus on what’s next — for your business, your strategy and your season,” the company stated.
The event continues a 70-year tradition of presenting plant trials and tools to support horticulture professionals with insight into future trends and crop success.
Ball Seed Customer Days will be held at 1017 W. Roosevelt Road, West Chicago, Illinois. Registration is required to attend.
