C. Raker & Sons Acquisition Completed

On Dec. 1, 2017,  the company formerly known as C. Raker & Sons, Inc. in Litchfield, Michigan, was  officially purchased by Eric Wallien of Roberta’s Inc. of Waldron, Indiana.

The acquisition was previously announced this past September.

The new name of the Raker business is now Raker-Roberta’s Young Plants. There have been minimal changes in management and the company will be providing the same products and services on which it has built its reputation in the industry over the years.
