Coronavirus Impacts NECANN BOSTON Schedule
3/13/20 Update: NECANN Boston has been rescheduled for June 27-29. Organizers decided to reschedule the Illinois Cannabis Convention, originally planned to be held April 3-4. New dates for the Illinois event will be shared once determined.
All exhibitor registrations and pre-sale tickets for both events have been transferred to the new dates from Boston, and the same will be done for Illinois.
Originally posted 3/11/20: Due to the increasing concern and public health crisis due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the NECANN Boston convention, scheduled for March 20-22, is being postponed.
Event organizers are working with venue partners and city officials to select a new date in 2020 and will issue an update as soon as there are specific details to share. All vendor registrations and pre-sale tickets will be honored for the new date. Please be advised that this postponement will impact the convention, the NE Canna Community awards show, and the NECANN Competition awards.
“We appreciate everyone’s patience and support during this incredibly difficult time and this decision, and look forward to working with everyone to make this year’s event as successful as it has been for the last five years,” NECANN co-founders Marc Shepard and Jeff Lawrence said in a statement.
Organizers are still actively working with their partners to secure the new date and address this change.
