Danziger will preview new breeding introductions for 2027 during the upcoming California Spring Trials (CAST) in Gilroy, California.

The display will feature new genetics and series expansions across several ornamental crops commonly grown in greenhouse production, including petunia, impatiens, osteospermum, calibrachoa and nemesia.

“Each and every variety in our lineup is ready for its closeup,” said deputy CEO Ori Danziger. “This season is packed with vivid colors, striking patterns, and a few new expansions on old favorites.”

Among the introductions are three additions to the AMAZONAS petunia collection: Midnight Finch, Pink Macaw and Violet Parakeet. The company will also introduce SOL LUNA Orange Duet, a new hybrid impatiens with bicolor blooms designed for sun and shade production.

The BESTIES osteospermum series will add Playful Bicolor Purple, Vivid Violet and Brilliant Bronze. Danziger will also showcase OMBRE Tyler Glam calibrachoa, which features larger blooms in red, orange and yellow tones.

In addition, the NESIA nemesia series expands with Arctic Blue, Hot Red and Gold, which the company says offer improved heat tolerance for retail and garden performance.

Danziger will also present updates to its DURABELLA mixed container program. The combinations are designed to simplify mixed container production with varieties bred and tested to grow well together while using one liner per variety.
