Bailey Expands Marketing Staff
Bailey has announced that Jasmina Dolce has joined its marketing team as trade communications strategist. In this newly created position, Dolce will drive industry-focused communications efforts that support initiatives for Bailey, Endless Summer Hydrangeas, First Editions Shrubs & Trees, and Easy Elegance Roses through its trade audiences, including consumer brand licensees, growers, garden centers, and other indirect channels.
Prior to joining Bailey, Dolce worked in various editorial roles with Greenhouse Product News and its sister brand Lawn & Garden Retailer. Over the past 15 years, she has provided relevant and engaging content, built and cultivated industry-wide relationships, and collaborated with both internal and external marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
“Jasmina’s experience and industry expertise is an exciting addition to our team,” said Ryan McEnaney, marketing and communications manager. “She has a well-earned track record of telling stories and connecting with her audiences in an impactful way, which will prove a great resource for Bailey’s customers, brand partners, and industry colleagues.”
Dolce holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus on public relations/advertising from DePaul University. She lives outside of Chicago, Illinois, with her husband and two sons.
“Having worked on the media side of the horticulture industry for many years, I am so excited to join a well-known and respected company like Bailey Nurseries,” Dolce says. “As an editor and a consumer, I’ve admired Bailey’s plants and brands and I look forward to representing their products and services as a member of their marketing team.”
Dolce begins in her role effective immediately and may be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org or 612-258-7482.
