Opening keynote focuses on CEA for Indoor Ag-Con 2026

Indoor Ag-Con has announced its Opening Day keynote for the 13th annual conference, scheduled for Feb. 11 to 12, 2026, at the Westgate Las Vegas. The session is titled “CEA Alliance Insights on the State of the Industry,” and will take place at 8 a.m. PST on Feb. 11.
The keynote will be moderated by Tom Stenzel, executive director of the CEA Alliance, and will feature senior leaders from indoor farming companies operating across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Panelists include Dane Almassy, chief commercial officer at Local Bounti; Aaron Fields, chief executive officer of Campo Caribe; Jesper Hansen, chief commercial officer of YesHealth Group; and Josh McClung, chief operating officer of Cox Farms.
The discussion will focus on market conditions, operational challenges and growth opportunities affecting controlled environment agriculture, with relevance for greenhouse and vertical farm operators managing capital, efficiency and sustainability goals.

A second keynote will be held at 8 a.m. PST on Feb. 12, titled “The State of CEA Finance: Capital Flows, Discipline and Lessons Learned.” It will feature Dave Chen, ceo of Equilibrium Capital and David Verbitsky, president and managing director of Verbitsky Capital.
Indoor Ag-Con 2026 will include 11 educational tracks covering crops and production sectors such as lettuce, herbs, vine crops, berries, mushrooms and cannabis, along with food safety, conventional agriculture and emerging CEA approaches. An expo floor will showcase technology and supplier solutions.
