MrMaple brothers buy historic Buchholz Nursery
Brothers Matthew and Timothy Nichols of MrMaple.com purchased Buchholz and Buchholz Nursery in Gaston, Oregon.
MrMaple.com sells over one thousand cultivars of Japanese Maples along with other rare and unusual plants via mail-order, shipping to all forty-eight continental states in the U.S. The nursery began when Norman Nichols, the brothers’ father, began selling Japanese Maples as a hobby. He then passed his company down to Matthew and Timothy in 2008. It now ships out hundreds of plants each day to plant collectors across the nation.
