NoCo Hemp Expo bids farewell after 11 years
The NoCo Hemp Expo, a long-running event focused on the hemp industry, has concluded its run after 11 years. The event, which began in 2014, brought together growers, processors, advocates and product developers across the U.S. and globally.
Organizers said the expo played a role in advancing hemp as an agricultural commodity following federal and state regulatory changes over the past decade. The event served as a platform for discussing production practices, fiber and grain research, cannabinoid markets and evolving policies.
For greenhouse and controlled-environment growers, the expo offered access to information on cultivation strategies for hemp varieties grown for CBD, fiber and seed. It also connected growers to suppliers and processors as markets expanded and contracted over the years.
While the expo has concluded, organizers noted that the collaborations and networks developed during its run are expected to continue supporting the hemp sector. Those seeking information on future hemp-related events or industry updates can contact info@nocohempexpo.com.
The closure comes at a time when the hemp industry is working to stabilize after fluctuations in demand, shifting regulations and pricing challenges that have affected growers and processors.
