Oasis Grower Solutions names Northeast territory sales manager
Oasis Grower Solutions has hired Jason Deschaine as territory sales manager for the Northeast U.S., effective Dec. 8, 2025.
Deschaine brings 30 years of sales and territory management experience across horticulture-related markets, including distributors, independent nurseries and garden centers, big box retailers and landscape supply wholesalers. He will support growers using substrates and related products across floriculture, nursery and controlled-environment agriculture operations.
Based in Connecticut, Deschaine earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Merrimack College in Andover, Massachusetts. He will report to Vijay Rapaka, director of global grower operations and research for Smithers-Oasis.

Deschaine will assume responsibility for the territory currently managed by Sharon Warschauer, who will retire Dec. 31, 2025. Warschauer joined Oasis Grower Solutions in January 2020 and will work closely with Deschaine during the transition period to support continuity for customers in the region.
Oasis Grower Solutions is a division of Smithers-Oasis and provides substrate solutions and ancillary products used in greenhouse propagation and production systems.
