PanAmerican Seed donates to MS Society
PanAmerican Seed presented a donation to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society during the “Dinner of Champions” event in Chicago. The donation was raised through sales of the company’s Beacon Impatiens series, branded apparel sales, and participation in the BikeMS fundraising event.
“Dinner of Champions” is an annual fundraiser that gathers supporters and people living with MS. This year, the event featured Beacon Impatiens as table decorations, along with signage donated by PanAmerican Seed.
Todd Frauendorfer, treasurer of Ball Horticultural Company, spoke at the event. Frauendorfer, who was diagnosed with MS, reached his goal of driving donations to $1 million with the help of Beacon Impatiens in 2024.
“It was a privilege to be part of such an amazing night and especially to be a part of Todd’s journey all year long,” said Sarah Makiejus, global marketing manager for PanAmerican Seed.
PanAmerican Seed’s annual charitable giving will continue, with a new charity partner to be announced for the 2025 season.
