Vive Crop Protection has introduced its Highest Velocity Commercialization Engine (HVCE), aimed at accelerating the release of crop protection products. This initiative is expected to benefit smaller farms, specialty growers, and those facing regulatory challenges by optimizing existing active ingredients.

“Growers need differentiated tools to tackle today’s agricultural challenges – and they need them fast,” said Dave Rummel, vice president of sales and business development at Vive.

Vive’s HVCE focuses on developing new products using existing ingredients, which allows for faster market entry compared to the lengthy process of introducing new active ingredients. The company plans to release over 30 product innovations within seven years, targeting underserved market segments.

Smaller growers often struggle with evolving regulations and pest issues. Vive’s strategy aims to deliver tailored crop protection solutions that meet these specific needs, enhancing efficiency and sustainability in the field.

By leveraging nanotechnology and a streamlined development process, Vive aims to provide tools that deliver stronger returns for growers and retailers alike. Three new products are expected to launch in 2026.
