EDUCATION: New CO, OR Industry Training Classes

Denver Consulting Group, Denver, is holding a new series of its marijuana industry training for Colorado and Oregon through June 2.

The Marijuana Industry Orientation is a course that covers the key elements in cannabis, including cultivating, processing and dispensing. Emphasis will be given to the regulations specific to each state, so classes in Denver will cover Colorado regulations, and classes in Portland will cover Oregon rules.

Each class will also offer a broad national overview to provide a well-rounded curriculum, applicable to any legal cannabis state.

The comprehensive training session provides in-depth look at the booming cannabis market, and is ideally suited for individuals looking to get a foot into the industry. Special attention will be given to the key requirements to operate a compliant marijuana facility.

Jay Griffin will lead the training sessions in Colorado; he’s a co-founder of DCG and Dank – one of Denver’s highest rated marijuana dispensaries.

Justin Jones will lead the training sessions in Portland. Also a co-founder of DCG and Dank Dispensary, Jones is a well-known and widely respected leader in the industry.
