AAS-HGSA-NGB Summer Summit Registration Opens

In August, the National Garden Bureau, Home Garden Seed Association and All-America Selections are coming together for the 2022 in-person Summer Summit in Des Moines, Iowa. Registration is open now, with rates going up on July 11.

The meeting will take place Aug. 2-4, 2022, at the Embassy Suites in downtown Des Moines. This event is open to anyone (growers, breeders, retailers, brokers, industry reps, educators, media, garden communicators, etc.) interested in any or all of these three organizations, the trials and other local sites.

One day will be spent in the greater Des Moines area, and the second day will be in Ames, home to Iowa State University and alma mater of many successful horticulture industry professionals. A few of the highlights of this year’s Summer Summit include:

The 2022 Summer Summit will be the first time any of the organizations have had an in-person meeting since 2019, and it is also a celebration of All-America Selections’ 90^th anniversary.

Attendees are invited to stay in Iowa for the Plant Peddler Plant Trials on August 5 in Cresco, Iowa.
