DRAMM employees retire after more than 20 years each
DRAMM announced the retirements of Jeff Bucher and Wendy Ansorge after each spent more than two decades with the company.
The DRAMM Corporation announced the retirements of two longtime employees, general manager Jeff Bucher and shipping department supervisor Wendy Ansorge, who each spent more than two decades with the Manitowoc, Wisconsin, company.
Bucher joined DRAMM in September 2003 and is retiring after 23 years. His last day in the office will be Aug. 27, although he will remain a DRAMM employee through Dec. 31 and work at upcoming retail trade shows.
During Bucher’s tenure, DRAMM grew from 55 employees to more than 90 and increased its sales volume sixfold. As general manager, Bucher worked across the company on operations, quality and efficiency.
“I have always believed a company is ultimately about its people, and I am especially proud of the relationships built along the way,” Bucher said. “As I look toward retirement, I do so with pride in what we have built together.”

Ansorge will also have her last day Aug. 27, retiring after nearly 24 years with DRAMM. She joined the company in September 2002 as one of four employees in its Shipping Department and was promoted to shipping department supervisor in 2007.
The department has since grown to nine employees. Ansorge oversaw work to ensure products were packed and shipped to customers around the world.
“I’m very grateful for my time here and for all the people I’ve had the opportunity to work with over the years,” Ansorge said.
Both Bucher and Ansorge plan to spend more time with their families and grandchildren in retirement.
