GreenTech North America will debut Sept. 23 to 24, 2026, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, bringing a new trade show focused on sustainable and high-tech horticulture to the U.S. market.

Organized by RAI Amsterdam, the event is expected to feature about 90 exhibitors and more than 1,000 attendees from across the U.S. and Canada. The show will highlight technology, innovation and production strategies for controlled environment agriculture and greenhouse operations.

The event will target growers producing high-value crops including vegetables, soft fruits, ornamentals, leafy greens and medicinal plants. Programming will include a knowledge program, networking opportunities and business development sessions aimed at greenhouse and indoor farming professionals.

According to organizers, the North American controlled environment agriculture market continues to expand, with more than 47,000 greenhouse operators and estimated annual growth of 5% to 7%. The event aims to provide a regional platform for technology providers, growers and industry partners to exchange ideas and explore new solutions.

Industry organizations supporting the event include Controlled Environment Agriculture Alliance, FarmTech Society and Resource Innovation Institute.

“We’re pleased to hold our fall board meeting alongside GreenTech North America 2026,” said executive director Tom Stenzel of the Controlled Environment Agriculture Alliance. “As the leading trade association representing vertical farms, high-tech greenhouse producers and their business partners, we look forward to this opportunity for industry growth and innovation.”

Organizers selected Philadelphia because of its accessibility to multiple Northeast markets and proximity to major consumer centers.
