Hort Americas offers early access to Dose1.0 fertigation system
Hort Americas introduces the Voeks Dose1.0 fertigation system for efficient, simplified crop nutrition. Explore pre-release options now.
Hort Americas has announced early access to the Voeks Dose1.0, a fertigation system designed to streamline irrigation and nutrient delivery for commercial growers.
The Dose1.0 system is built to simplify operations by managing when, where and how much water and nutrients are applied. It offers a single integrated skid with a pump, filter and mixer control to reduce the need for third-party components.
Chris Higgins, president of Hort Americas, said the system addresses key pain points. “From installation to operation, the Voeks Dose1.0 eliminates friction points, giving growers the control they need without the usual trade-offs,” Higgins said.

The fertigation system supports irrigation across up to 208 valves and 64 programmable blocks, with 20 irrigation programs scheduled by time, volume or solar accumulation. Fertilizer injection options include EC, time, volume or flow. A fertilizer mixer supports three operating modes with integrated pH and EC setpoint control.
Dose1.0 can manage up to 10 backwashing filters and supports four auxiliary pumps assignable to different irrigation blocks. Installation costs are reduced through cable control for 120 valves and radio control for 96 additional valves.
Remote access is available via GPRS, Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and the system interface is available in six languages. A pre-irrigation purge feature ensures cleaner transitions between recipes and plant stages, improving operational efficiency.
