She Likes to Keep the Beat: Sirekit can’t live without her music. “I like all kinds of music from rock and roll to R&B to house music with 180 beats per minute.”

What’s on Her Menu? She doesn’t consider herself a “foodie-foodie” but lives for “food moments.” Sushi is her favorite. Other favorites are raw salted herring, smoked eel and Dutch deep fried snacks. In the U.K, it’s Sunday roast with Yorkshire pudding or fish and chips.
