BASF Insignia Fungicide Receives California Registration

BASF Professional Turf & Ornamentals announced that its broad-spectrum Insignia fungicide is now registered for ornamentals disease control in California. Insignia is intended to help nursery and greenhouse professionals control more than 35 ornamental pathogens.

Insignia may be applied as a broadcast or banded spray targeted at the foliage or crown of the plant to help control disease symptoms, including anthracnose, blossom blight, crown and basal rots, downy and powdery mildew, leaf spots, Pythium and Phytophtora aerial blight, Rhizoctonia blight, rots, rusts and scabs. It can also be applied as a drench treatment for control of certain soil-borne, seedling and crown disease pathogens.
