FlowVision is offering a two-day Lean Flow Workshop in Bridgeton, N.J., Feb. 25-26, 2014.

Participants will learn techniques developed by FlowVision specific for the green industry aimed to help reduce costs, increase profits, eliminate non-value work, reduce credit/claims and improve productivity.

Some of the techniques on the agenda include learning how to improve productivity in production by implementing Progressive Sticking/Planting; Improving productivity in the pulling, picking, cleaning, tagging and truck loading processes; and learning why having smaller crews work longer periods of time is more efficient than having larger crews work shorter periods of time.
