• Constantly working to streamline and improve efficiency and quality of work for employees. Company sales continue to increase while keeping labor costs in check.
• Manages the daily operations of the company: setting up work crews, planning production, facilities and grounds management, structure maintenance and managing greenhouse heating system in the winter months.

Talking Turkey: Last year Todd and his family raised and sold 500 all-natural, non-GMO turkeys. The family project was done as a fundraiser for his children’s elementary school.

Escape Place: To get away from it all, Todd likes to escape to his family’s cabin in the hills of West Virginia.
