• Helps implement remote tools and procedures to assist Picas users, as well as other staff members, to provide faster and more reliable support for users and servers.

• Works with growers in a variety of unique infrastructures and builds disaster recovery solutions for customers. “Our goal is to have systems in place that allow us to be their IT department when necessary.”

Extracurricular

His hobbies include snowboarding, concerts, reading and cheering for Detroit sports teams. He is also training to be a part of the National Ski Patrol.

Fun Facts

Every year, Ben volunteers with Laughfest, a multi-day comedy festival, that is the major fundraising initiative put on by Gilda’s Club/Cancer Support Community.
