• Manages two of the company’s nurseries with a combined total of 1,200 acres, and 500 employees during peak season and helped create a new culture that fosters teamwork and puts the whole team’s success above individual successes.
• Implemented a strategic field layout plan that grouped like crops together to help company be more efficient on best growing practices.

After Work: Justin’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, gaming and watching sports, and his favorite food is the mango habanero wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. When it comes to movies, his flick to click is “Remember the Titans.”

Scout’s Honor: Like fellow 40 Under 40 classmate George Grant, Justin is an Eagle Scout, the highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouts of America.
