Helenium Autumnale ‘Hayday Yellow’

Helenium has a variety of favorable growing characteristics that are earning it new attention from perennial breeders: disease resistance, a long flowering season, and heat tolerance. Syngenta Flower’s series of flowers has been a hit, with several colors available. ‘HayDay Golden Bicolor’ won the Fleuroselect Gold medal for 2023 not only because it’s pretty, but because of its garden performance. Vaughn Fletchers’ favorite from the trials was “HayDay Yellow” because of its bright, stable and vibrant flowers.
