Stuppy Greenhouse adds VP of operations

Stuppy Greenhouse, a national greenhouse manufacturing company, has announced Tabb Buel as the new vice president of operations. Passionate about building and leading cross-functional teams, Buel will focus on streamlining and creating new standards of excellence to improve efficiency and quality while fostering innovation and collaboration.

Buel is an accomplished leader with core competencies in the development and execution of business strategies. He has led numerous operations including product design and development, manufacturing, distribution and product line management. In addition to his business operations experience, Buel is a mechanical engineer, project manager and holds an Executive MBA from the Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Prior to joining Stuppy, Buel was the vice president of operations at Sysco, a wholesale restaurant food distributor. Buel has also led business operations for several well-established companies such as Vista Outdoor Inc., Garmin and Black & Veatch Corporation.

Outside of his work, Buel enjoys traveling with his wife and family, and staying active through running, biking and playing pickleball. His go-getter attitude and perseverance when facing obstacles are valuable assets to the company.
