Sollum Technologies makes donation based on demos

Sollum Technologies demonstrated its commitment to the community at the Indoor Ag-Con by announcing a partnership with Three Square, Southern Nevada’s only food bank. The company pledged to donate $100 to Three Square for each 10-minute demo of its SUN as a Service platform conducted during the event. This initiative resulted in a donation of $3,000, equivalent to about 9,000 meals for those in need. Sollum’s effort highlights its dedication to using technology for sustainable development and improving societal well-being, extending its impact beyond indoor agriculture.

Three Square, part of the Feeding America network, plays a crucial role in providing food aid in southern Nevada, where food insecurity is a major problem. Jenny Zammit, vice president of marketing at Sollum Technologies, emphasized the importance of technology companies supporting essential social causes, such as the fight against hunger. At Indoor Ag-Con, Sollum encouraged attendees to visit its booth to learn more about dynamic LED lighting technology and support the fight against hunger. This collaboration between Sollum and Three Square reflects a common goal: to create a hunger-free community through innovative solutions and community support.
