Bailey Nurseries partners with Minnesota United FC
Bailey Nurseries has announced a partnership with Minnesota United FC, connecting the horticulture industry with professional sports through a campaign focused on plants, community and visibility.
The Minnesota-based, family-owned company will engage fans through in-stadium digital signage at Allianz Field and on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV. The collaboration aims to introduce home gardeners to new plant varieties and guide them to local independent garden centers via Bailey’s “Find a Retailer” platform.
“We’re always looking for new ways to show up authentically in the lives of home gardeners,” said Ryan McEnaney, spokesperson for Bailey Nurseries. “This partnership reflects our evolving approach to brand engagement, our pride in being a Minnesota-grown company and our belief that plants and community belong in every space, including professional sports.”
As part of the partnership, Bailey Nurseries will also collaborate with Bill McGuire on the creation of Bailey Gardens — a one-acre public green space next to Allianz Field’s United Village Sculpture Plaza. The garden is intended as a space for beauty, education and community connection.
The partnership launched in June and will be active through the end of the 2025 season.
Bryant Pfeiffer, executive vice president and chief revenue officer of Minnesota United FC, said, “This partnership not only reinforces our dedication to meaningful local relationships but also opens the door to innovative fan engagement opportunities and community-based initiatives.”
