Free Webinar Focuses on Customer Relationships

OFA — an Association of Horticulture Professionals — will present a free one-hour webinar at 4 p.m. EDT Thursday, Sept. 17, on “Customer Driven Sales.” This webinar, the fourth in a series called “A Great Time to Be in Business,” will feature four individuals who have successfully developed relationships with new customers while nurturing their current customers at the same time:

• Paul Fields, president and director of design at Lambert Landscape Company in Dallas
• Bob Grover, owner of Pacific Landscape Management in Hillsboro, Ore.
• Jerry Ayers of Discoveries in Gardening, based in New Zealand
• Matt Schovel, seasoned sales superstar with Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care
