Selecta Carnation Honored at FlowerExpo 2013Source: Selecta

Walker, Selecta Cut Flowers’ red carnation, recently received the gold medal at FlowersExpo 2013 in Moscow, Russia.

The Jury included leading specialists and experts of the floriculture sector.

Evaluation was carried out on a 10-point scale according to: conformity to the declared variety, decorative value, plant’s quality.

For this competition Walker was supplied by La Gaitana Farms, a grower of top quality carnations and spray carnations in the Savanna of Bogotá, Colombia.

FlowersExpo in Moscow is an international exhibition for professionals in floriculture and landscape design.
