Star Roses and Plants previews new 2026 varieties at Cultivate’25
Star Roses and Plants will present its new 2026 plant varieties at Cultivate ’25, July 12-15 in Columbus, Ohio. The nine new varieties are as follows:
‘Bellini Cherry’ lagerstroemia
This crape myrtle offers a unique, small shrub form, perfect for tight garden spaces. Super compact and deer resistant with an abundance of beautiful red blooms. It’s a bright addition to any garden.
‘Pink Pearl’ rhaphiolepis
This drought-tolerant shrub produces an abundance of pink blooms that attract pollinators to the garden. Its disease resistance and versatile size make it an excellent choice for use as a hedge.

‘Dapper Blue’ buddleia
A rounded, compact habit makes this plant a perfect fit for a variety of uses. Blue flowers are formed in early summer and continue to rebloom into the fall. Spent flowers are hidden by new blooms, reducing the need for deadheading.
‘Enchanted Meadow’
Bring a magical, multicolor effect to the garden! Each cuplike bloom is lined with deep pink, opening to reveal a creamy, ice-green interior that intensifies as the bloom ages.

‘Martha Stewart’
Named for the home and garden icon, Martha Stewart is a remarkable rose worthy of its illustrious moniker. This radiant rose has over 100 petals unfurling in shades of ballet pink and apricot. It is beautifully scented with notes of citrus and honeysuckle. A truly spectacular addition to any rose collection.
‘Parfuma Sunrise’
Hardy to Zone 4, this hybrid tea rose is a stunning addition to gardens everywhere. The large apricot-pink blooms are incredibly fragrant with notes of floral, citrus, and spicy tea. New foliage emerges dark burgundy, adding excellent contrast against the romantic double blooms.
‘Purple Aura’
Transform your garden with vibrant color and warm fragrance. This rose produces an abundance of rich magenta blooms with a spicy scent reminiscent of clove and cinnamon.

‘Scarlet Drift’
Drift roses are groundcover roses made easy. Available in a range of bold colors, these compact roses are perfect for every size space. Scarlet Drift produces an abundant flush of single, red flowers that starts early and reblooms well, bringing constant color to the garden.

‘Sugar Candy Rose’
The bright orange blooms of Sugar Candy Rose are larger than a typical miniature rose and cover the plant completely with flowers. This rose will stay under 2-feet tall, making it perfect for a patio container or mixed with other annuals for a cheerful and colorful presentation!
