UConn to Offer Greenhouse Webinar Series
The University of Connecticut Greenhouse Research & Extension team is organizing two webinar series for greenhouse growers that will take place in January and February.
Vegetable Seedling & Transplant Production in Greenhouses will take place Jan. 4-8, and will cover such topics as transplant uniformity, root zone management and organic fertilizers for vegetable transplants. One pesticide recertification credit has been approved for three of five one-hour webinars for New England states.
Bedding Plants 2021 is scheduled for Feb. 10, 17 and 24. This is a three-part webinar series on PGRs, pests, and diseases on ornamental plants in greenhouses. One pesticide recertification credit has been approved for each one-hour webinar for New England states.
