University of Florida offers online course on hydroponic vegetable production
The University of Florida IFAS Extension is offering Hydroponic Vegetable as part of its Greenhouse Online Training courses. This is an intermediate course, which is designed for growers with some experience and training.
A team of instructors from the University of Florida (UF), led by Bob Hochmuth and Tatiana Sanchez-Jones, Ph.D. at UF/IFAS, will provide the instruction, available in English and Spanish. The course will cover topics such as hydroponics growing systems and structures, specific vegetable crop examples, business management and food safety.
