• Built a large scale, direct stick/sow program (more than 1 million cuttings per year) that greatly reduced annual personnel needs as a solution to labor shortage in the region.
• Greatly improved company sustainability and cost effectiveness by replacing perlite with beetle-killed pine sawdust and developing an LED boom lighting program.

Wild Reading: Brian’s favorite book is “White Fang” by Jack London. “It vividly describes the challenges of love and life through the simple, yet complex, perspective of a wolf.”

Which One Came First? In addition to his day job, Brian loves to raise chickens and has a side business selling eggs.
