Accomplishments
Grew up in the family business and started asking customers if she could help them when she was 3 years old. Instrumental in the creation and development of the companys container gardening business, workshop program and Java Garden Cafe. Developed company’s lettuce and micro-greens programs to help diversify products and connect with the community. The program provides food to the local area and also educate(s) our community.

Lights, Camera, Action: Kara makes weekly informational YouTube videos that are emailed to customers to keep them informed on what is happening at the garden center and in the greenhouse.
Fun Facts
On a Roll: When she was in sixth grade, Kara was the state champion in roller skating and took fourth place in the regionals.
