• At the height of COVID, worked with industry leaders to create new educational programming that helped so many while working with a team of “amazing and creative” individuals who share a similar vision.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams in the launch of a record number of products in one year as the biology lead at Scott’s Miracle-Gro.

The Family Farm: Meagan and her husband purchased her grandparents’ farm, where she spent a lot of time as a child. Now she really appreciates having the opportunity to give her children the experience of growing up on a farm.

Cross-Functional Footwear: Meagan can’t live without her Crocs shoes. Not only are they comfortable, “I can go from doing barn chores to the office in the same pair of shoes — just rinse them off and you’re good to go!”
