Melina’s first job after college was successfully managing a 10-acre retail/wholesale nursery and piloting the business through a recession. Responsible for bringing together investors (including herself) to purchase the nursery that she managed for 15 years, saving the jobs of more than 20 longtime employees.

Practice, Practice, Practice: Melina is a trained Reiki practitioner — a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation.
