Ellepot-USA’s Bio Bag Gets Veriflora Approval
Ellepot-USA’s “Plant-It-Friendly” Bio Bag has been recognized as an Approved Input Material under the Veriflora Sustainability Certification Program for plants and flowers.
The Plant-It-Friendly Bio Bag is made from a potato-based polylactic acid resin. Plants contained in the Bio Bag reportedly require a shorter grow time, thus using less water and fewer chemicals. The bag also complies with the specifications for “compostable” as defined by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM D6400).
