Worked as general manager of a garden center before turning 20. she was in charge of propagation, container design, order processing, the garden center’s advertising, and the hiring and training. Played a key role in the development of an independent plant brand for independent garden centers and helped bring unique, exclusive genetics to the market.

Off the Clock: Jen enjoys experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, staying active outdoors and shopping to keep up with the latest fashion trends.
