BioSafe Systems’ ZeroTol 2.0 has been labeled for hydroponic use, which includes foliar sprays, media drenches, nutrient/reservoir tanks and aerosol/fogging applications. The product helps control root diseases such as Pythium, Phytophthora, Fusarium, Verticillium, Rhizoctonia and Thielaviopsis. Nutrient film technique and bato bucket hydroponic systems that can grow algae and harbor disease pathogens can now be treated by ZeroTol 2.0, which will keep the systems clear, water flowing more freely and nutrients more readily available to roots. ZeroTol 2.0 releases vital dissolved oxygen to the root zone for increased plant productivity, which benefits crops.
