American Coolair Increases Production Capabilities

American Coolair Corp. has purchased a new Trumpf CNC machine to increase production capabilities and meet the growing demand for its agriculture, greenhouse and commercial fans.

It is the third Trumpf CNC punching machine the company has purchased in the last three years. The punching machines are used to create all sheet metal parts.

The TRUMPF TruPunch 5000 punching machines enable efficient and high-quality punching and shaping sheet metal and steel for manufacturing Coolair fans.

The punching machines give Coolair’s production department the ability to perforate metals with a thickness of up to 8 millimeters at a stroke rate of up to 1,400 strokes per minute.
