If you have been waiting until the last minute to nominate someone for GPN’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2018, I’ve got some good news for you — you now have seven more days to submit your nominations.

We have been accepting nominations since last November, but next Monday (Jan. 29) is the final date to get your nominations into us.

We want you to tell us who you think is deserving enough to qualify for this year’s class.  If you know someone in our industry under the age of 40 (as of Jan. 31, 2018) who is really making a difference, we’d like to know more about that individual.

All you have to do to nominate someone is go to www.gpnmag.com/40-under-40-awards and fill out the online form.

The Class of 2018 will be introduced in the May issue of GPN and recognized at a special reception during Cultivate’18 this July in Columbus, Ohio

From the Class of 2017

This week, Rosa Raudales, assistant professor and greenhouse Extension specialist at the University of Connecticut, will be presenting a webinar on “Root-borne Pathogens: Identification and Control.”

Raudales is an alum of GPN’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2017.

The free webinar will be 30 minutes long and will take place Wednesday at noon EST. This webinar is part of a series being offered by the New England Greenhouse Extension Programs.
