Dümmen Orange Hires Marketing Manager for Germany

In March, Martina Gerhards joined  Dümmen Orange as marketing manager in Germany. Working from the company’s offices in Rheinberg, she will be responsible for the development of marketing activities and campaigns around annuals, perennials and a range of pot plants.

In this role, Gerhards will focus on the successful execution of marketing projects for the European market for growers and retailers. She will be responsible for managing the German marketing team, supporting different products and events.

“I am really happy Martina decided to join us. Replacing Sonja Dümmen is a nice challenge but I’m more than confident that Martina will manage this in her own way and develop it further with our partners,” said Marco van der Sar, head of global marketing and corporate communications:

Gerhards’ professional career includes 20 years of experience in online, offline and retail marketing. In the past, she worked as a marketing manager in the power and garden tool business and the consumer electronic industry.
