Dramm Hires New Irrigation Specialist
Peter Haakman has joined Dramm Corp. as an irrigation and sales specialist. He will be based out of the company’s Canadian office.
Haakman’s responsibilities will center on system design where he will work with growers to optimize their irrigation, air movement and water management systems.
Haakman has more than 35 years of greenhouse experience, starting as a grower in his own operation and in distribution sales.
As an owner of Haakman Greenhouses, he managed day-to-day operations, production and facility maintenance for a 6.5-acre seedless cucumber greenhouse.
After the sale of his business, Haakman worked in greenhouse distribution sales working with customers to fulfill their supply needs for the past 10 years.
