• Responsible for managing the quality at company’s contract growing locations in the Northeast, traveling often to New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
• Works diligently with his team to fine tune growing operations to ensure products are ready as needed, which helped increase in sell-through and reduce shrink.
