Profile Products Acquired by New Mountain Capital
On Nov. 15, Profile Products announced that it had been acquired by New Mountain Capital, a New York-based investment firm emphasizing business building and growth.
New Mountain will work together with Profile’s current leadership team to continue the company’s growth trajectory in key markets and identify additional expansion opportunities.
