- Helped to build the company’s trials department by establishing new protocols for irrigation and growing of the finished material and taking over data collection using a new program.
- Worked to improve communication between departments and make sure her trials are helping improve production processes and provide additional production information to help customers be successful.

A Woman’s Best Friend: She says can’t live without her dog, Uzi. “We go on walks together every day and I wouldn’t trade that time we share together for anything in the world.”
Fun Facts
Dedicated DJ: Outside of work, Caitlin volunteers at a community radio station. “I love music and sharing the tunes that I love with others … I’ll probably keep DJ-ing until they kick me off the air waves.”
