BioSafe Names T&O Sales Manager

BioSafe Systems  recently announced the promotion of employee Eric Smith to turf and ornamental sales manager.

In the new role, Smith will be in charge of implementing the sales activities, identifying new market opportunities and defining the actions required to continue turf and ornamental’s growth initiatives, according to the news release. Smith and his team will continue to develop opportunities and partnerships within ornamentals, greenhouse vegetables,  cannabis and hemp, turf,  maintenance and closed environmental agriculture markets.

Smith joined BioSafe Systems in 2016 and has played a critical role in the development of the turf and ornamental division, according to a company news release.

For the past two years, he has also managed the East Coast turf and ornamental team and was recently voted into the executive leadership track of the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association, one of the oldest and most celebrated grower associations in the U.S.
