Organizers of the 2025 CEA Summit East are now accepting speaker proposals for the annual event scheduled for Sept. 9-10 at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research Conference Center in Danville.
Co-hosted by Indoor Ag-Con and the Controlled Environment Agriculture Innovation Center, the summit brings together professionals across the controlled environment agriculture sector. The goal is to facilitate knowledge exchange between growers, researchers, educators, suppliers and policymakers.
The fourth annual summit will build on last year’s event, which attracted nearly 250 attendees from 35 states and five countries. According to organizers, the 2025 edition will focus on actionable education, innovation showcases and networking opportunities relevant to greenhouse and indoor agriculture professionals.
“Our summit programming is designed to address real-world challenges and opportunities across the CEA landscape,” said brian sullivan, ceo of Indoor Ag-Con.
The summit’s organizers are seeking proposals from individuals with expertise in areas such as plant science, lighting, automation, business development and sustainable practices within CEA operations.
Speaker submissions are due by May 15.
