Costa Farms earns dual top workplace honors
Costa Farms has been named a Top Workplace twice in 2025 by the Sun Sentinel Media Group for its South Florida and Central Florida operations.
The recognition is based on confidential employee feedback collected by Energage, a research firm specializing in workplace culture. The honors highlight Costa Farms’ ongoing focus on employee alignment, leadership, and growth opportunities.
Arianna Cabrera de Oña, senior vice president and chief people officer, said the awards reflect the company’s consistent culture across all locations. “These awards reflect feedback from our team across different farms, facilities and job functions,” Cabrera de Oña said. “It shows that our Costa Farms ‘love where you work’ culture is consistent.”
Costa Farms attributes its success to its “H3” values — Humble, Hungry and Hustle — which guide team collaboration from Miami to Orlando. The company also emphasizes professional development through training, educational programs and scholarships.
With nearly $3 million in scholarships awarded to employees and their children, Costa Farms continues to invest in workforce growth and well-being.
The grower plans to expand leadership development and well-being initiatives to sustain its workplace culture across its farms.
